Error Code 0x0000000000000000

I am unable to get my console fully online. When connection to my house's internet, my console says it is connected to the internet, but then I go to the home screen and it still says I'm not on xbox live. Then when
I go to do a multiplayer test, an error keeps coming up where it says "can't finish multiplayer tests". Ive tried reseting my router, and have done multiple hard resets on my console (hold the power button for eight seconds, unplug, wait 5 mins, plug back
in and power on and try again). I just tried to do a hard reset and I still had the same error code.

I get the same thing. It stops me playing online games like FIFA 17mand more.

Thank you for reaching out! If you haven't already, I want you to try performing a simply

Power Cycle on your console by doing the following:

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

I know its been a while since this post but ive tried many things and my xbox still wont work i need some help
