    Error code : 0x000000000000000 help plz?


    i use a wireless connection and have had no problems with it before. i recently moved and the xbox has had no issues for the first week and a half but for the past three days i haven't been able to play online with any success. so i go to test my connection
    to the internet and it says everything is fine but when i test multiplayer connection it says it cannot complete the test and spits out the 0x000000000000000 error code. ive tried clearing the mac address, hard resetting both my router and xbox and even went
    as far as to factory reset my xbox but even that didn't solve it. if anyone has any idea on how to fix this please let me know

    help new 360 update failed w/error code

    Help, not finding anything in search. tried MS support suggestions with no help. Just bought a new xbox and have had numerous consoles so not new to xbox. selected the update after logging into profile and the console froze. I only have access to a MAC but I am sure the file downloaded from the MS site is on the USB drive now getting the same bs error code.
