    I think my Xbox is broken. It was working fine one minute and now I can't do anything on it. It shows the "Connect to Xbox network" on the home page but also shows friends online at the same time? I did a power cycle, and even factory reset it but now it says it can't update so it's basically unusable at this point. Can someone please help, I'm extremely desperate at this point
