Error code 0x 00000001 and it is not correct

Usually, this is an issue that is related to the Gaming Services application, the issue can be resolved by fixing it, however, some users have reported that this is no longer working. Anyway, I suggest you try the solutions below, please.

First make sure you are using the latest version of windows, to do this follow the instructions below.

Select the Start button and then go to Settings > Update and Security > Windows Update.

- If there are no updates to be made, please proceed with the solutions below.

Solution 1:

Open RegEdit as an administrator and delete the following Services:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet]

PC reboot

Install gaming service like you would normally

Solution 2:

Go to Windows settings

Applications

Applications and Features

Look for Gaming Services

Click on it

Advanced options

Tap repair

- If it doesn't work, try the alternative below.

Download the Create Windows 10 installation media application from the link below, at the end of the download run the application, and then follow the instructions given by the program at the end click on upgrade. Rest assured none of your files will be lost, this is a system restore that will try to fix this error.

Do you get a sort of error code? Like "0x--------"

Im guessing that it didnt come with an error code did it? (E10..... or E2...... or 0x.....................)

On my system it never comes up with any code.

I see the error is Access violation - code c0000005 (first/second chance not available)

you are you using a laptop that has an intel chip and a nvidia gpu, been reports of the latest intel drivers causing this issue with some games.

try this step first

Settings - system - display - then at the bottom choose graphics, find your game in the list if you can't find it browse, then click it, options and change to your main gpu then try.

if that does not work then make sure the intel drivers are up to date, if they are roll back the intel driver and check.

if all else fails try installing this intel driver - intel hd graphics driver version 25.22.100.6326
