    Cannot redeem codes

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    Same. And this is ridiculous. I had so much trouble just getting my account started. Now it makes me re-log in each time, and each time it fails.

    Hey all, I spoke with a Microsoft rep earlier this evening...he told me to either delete my current profile and then re-download it or make sure your security checks are up to date. I didn't re-download my profile yet, cause I'm worried about losing it but
    I did update my information and it worked.....until I logged out again.

    Okay, so I tried the first option and deleted ONLY my profile and tried to download it and got the same Error code, only this time it says "Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later." And what happened to the 24hr help desk????

    But for me, it works with my Xbox one and not with the Xbox360......

    This is what happened to me as well. Got the 00000000 error code. Tried deleting my profile and when I tried to download it, got that message. So is Microsoft having some sort of issue and we all have to wait it out or what?

    My profile was deleted and when I try to download it back it says error try again later Error Code 00000000??? :( Also when I try to join Xbox live in also pops up an error. I've tried so many things! HELPPP!
