Error changing my gamertag.

Hello. I tried to change my gamertag from Xbox and when I enter on "Change Gamertag" I get an error code. I searched that error code and it says that the console can't download content from server but my console is connected to internet. However when I try
to change my gamertag on webbrowser, I am asked to pay 10$ but this is my first gamertag change and the first one is free... I can provide the error code I get if needed.

Well this is my problem with GAMERTAG, i hope you can help me.

Yesterday I install DIRT 2 (PC) and i had to create my account for GFWL, it wasn't easy, i'm still confused with all does names for different things, new names, old names, etc. And after all of this, I join multiplayer and noticed that my name in multiplayer
was: "" Then i learn this is called GAMERTAG (and i got one randomly). In single player i have
"AleJjo2601", but multiplayer ""

"AleJjo2601" is the name i use in Origin, Steam, etc...in evrything. So why i would use "".
I just want to have my User Name/Account Name/In-Game Name/...etc, etc. like this: "AleJjo2601".

I already try to change the GAMERTAG IN-GAME, but i git this error: "ERROR: 80004005"

I install the recent version of GFWL found on your webpage, and i was able to connect on PC. But in-game I still couldn't change my GAMERTAG.

Changing my GamerTag: ERROR

I create the email and account just yesterday (Monday 23, Dec 2013) at around 1:00am.

Thanks for your help, but what you say , I already try it.

I explained before, that when i did that on "live.xbox.com/.../GamerProfile", and press "Change gamertag" I got the "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found
a glitch in the system." And i can't change something, at all.

Also it's really obvious this "" is a Random "GAMERTAG" , please i need help changing this.

 

The free name change is only available if you were given a randomly generated tag when you signed up and are changing that tag. Since you have a gamertag you have chosen, you have already used your free change and will have to pay to change your tag.
