No puedo cambiarme la skin, cuando lo intento, ya sea desde la tienda o desde el menú de skins, no me cargan los paquetes de skins.

Yes when I try to change my skin in Minecraft Java my skin is stuck on the Alex skin but the same skin works for the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft . And I have tried using another skin but that too did not work .

Did you redeem the Minecraft Earth skin on the Ps4 Edition or o the Bedrock version?

I went on minecraft's official page, and you CANNOT add ANY custom skins on Xbox, you can ONLY add custom skins on Bedrock for pc, mobile, and Chromebook
