    I have a problem when I want to buy a digital game with a bank card I get an error saying that I use another payment method that can not obtain authorization for the purchase,I thought it was the card and tried another, and even on another Xbox and still
    could not make the purchase. PUR-ProcessorDeclined that appears

    Problems Buying Online

    I used to get an error code when I wished to buy but then I found out that it was because of some issue with my credit card. I contacted my credit card company and they did an online verification and then I was able to make my purchase.

    Are you using a code or buying with a credit/debit card?Do you get any error code?

    Hey there Ed! Are you getting any errors when you try to buy the game? It looks like the Cashstar Gift Card is a Gift Card to RadioShack. If that is the case, you won't be able to use a RadioShack gift card to buy content off of Xbox Live.

    So i literally just bought forza horizon 5 a few days ago and now i wanted to buy forza horizon 4 but for some reason it gives me a error which it gave for like a week before i bought fh5

    Right. But if it still gives an error, it would definitely be an error on that card. May have blocked for online purchases.

    What you can test is to buy Account Balance, and with that balance buy the game.
