Error Buying Black Ops

Hello,

When I try to buy Black Ops on the Xbox One store I keep getting errors. I get the error code 0x8c150020 and it tells me to buy on Xbox.com or 360. However, I don't own a 360 and Xbox forced me to update security so now I can't buy stuff from the xbox website
for 30 days.

I've heard a few people got around this but I can't find anything about it.

If it says this purchase cannot be made you laugh use buy it on a console

That's easy

Your profile is a child account and cannot make the purchase except on an xbox 360 or use a parental account with gold not home gold xbox one family settings don't apply to 360 marketplace

If it's is 8015017 error that's completely different

Your account region must reflect your actual region

If you do not own an Xbox 360 console to purchase through, and you're unable to make purchases on Xbox.com for 30 days, unfortunately you will have to wait out the 30 day period.

I just want to buy a game that's on sale, through the store when it was on sale?

I didn't screw up, I regularly buy products all the time from my Xbox One store directly from the console, to the console. I have an active card, an active adult count, an active Gold Membership, and I wasn't able to buy a game, despite multiple attempts,
on multiple days, assuming the issue would get fixed in a timely manner for the sale.

Instead, I miss out on a sale, it's price jumps 400%, and I'm expected to pay that on top of the services I already purchase from Microsoft because they couldn't get it working on time?

This is ridiculous. Microsoft is such a poorly run company that I can't even give them my money.
