Recently I bought xbox live gold , with the knowledge of my parents. I opted for the monthly package , with the first month free .

I put all billing information , including card number and security code.

To verify the information , the card was successfully added , continued the process of buying the monthly package and end confirmed the purchase.

I noticed that the purchase was confirmed , so much that is signed in my Sign in to your Microsoft account, however , on the site Xbox | Games and Entertainment on All Your Devices seems I do not have a gold signature, and also on my xbox .

Would you like a quick and effective care, because I desire to practice the functions of gold . Additional information: I am Brazilian , bought the gold by the Brazilian website. My card is already enabled with the international purchasing function . I'm 15 years old and the purchase of gold was made today with the clear knowledge of my parents.

I discovered new erroe trying to get xbox live online

when i go to xbox, joing xbox live then click gold then next it says error u discovered a new error. oh well yip yee cant buy any more xbox live

So you went to purchase a gift code for Xbox Live, and in the purchase for you it gave you an error?
