    just to be sure you are signing in with the same account on xbox.com and the console as you are signing in on the
    Sign in to your Microsoft account link. Correct?

    If so, then I would advise to wait a few hours just to be sure it wasn't a temporary issue if it isn't 'fixed' in a few hours you will have to contact Xbox Support so that they can take a more indept look
