    Hi all, I haven't been able to login to my xbox as it keeps giving me this error 0x8015DC28 'We couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.live.com. Sign in: 0x8015DC28'. If anyone has dealt with this before please help me out by replying or sending me a message that I can view on the xbox mobile app. thanks

    hi, I solved the issue. I just removed the x-box from my microsoft account devices and then added it back to my devices by using the serial number. After that I signed in and it worked.

    Clean your console's MAC, restart your internet devices for a few minutes and try again
    To clean the MAC follow this path

    Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

    Ok tried my sons login and it did the same thing and no it doesn't show any error codes just in the corner it say xbox games signing in with the warning of cant login please login and restart app.
