Error al leer el disco en juegos digitales descargados

Con un dispositivo USB recien comprado y que en un principio funcionó correctamente al descargar el juego de la quincena de "games with gold" al iniciar el disco todo correcto, pero al iniciar partida me sale el mensaje de "error al leer el disco, limpie
el disco con u paño suave" lo cual es surrealista pues se ha descargado DIGITALMENTE no hay soporte fisico y no es un problema evidentemente de limpieza.

Se procede a borrar el caché y el juego y se descarga de nuevo, se supone que ya así no queda rastro de archivo en mal estado, pero por desgracia al descargar de nuevo el juego pasa el mismo error.

Borro todos los juegos de ese dispositivo USB, formateo de nuevo el dispositivo y descargo el juego de "games with gold"

POR FIN FUNCIONA, ahora a descargar todo el contenido borrado...

¿Tiene su xbox leer otros juegos? si es así ¿ha tratado de reproducir el disco en otro aniversario de Halo xbox para ver si otro lo puede leer. Si aún así no puede ser leído entonces el problema puede estar en el disco y se lo recomendaría a tomarlo de nuevo
y cambiarlo por un nuevo disco.

 

Error de Idioma en el Canjeo de la Colección de Gears of War

Hace meses compre para regalo de navidad el Gears of War 4 y venía de regalo los 4 juegos previos en forma digital para ser canjeados, al momento de querer canjearlos me marca error de idioma el Gears 1 y el 3 pero el Gears 2 y el Judgment no hubo problema,
el disco lo compre en México(viene en español)y soy de Ahí y la cuenta esta registrada en México, porfavor ayuda!
