Error after update

Hi I bought a used xbox 360 It worked fine until I Tried to update it after the update I got the error 8C020007. I presume the gamertag I need to change is the previous owner who I cannot contact. is there a way out of this.

same problem but manage to get online after unplugging everything but once my system auto shuts down or is shutdown for a short peroiod it ends up doing the same exact thing

 

Minecraft Update Error

I went to try out Minecraft on xb1 today. I updated it to the latest patch and it freezed my xbox. I shut it down completely and then I restarted the console. Tried to play minecraft again and now the game won't start. Anyone else get this problem?

 

I write in ISP Manually and WAP2 manually... The internet worked fine before but now only network works.. but not internet... i can't restore the internet settings because then it stays gone, to i write it manually in! So how do i make internet work again,
and all my pc'es and other things work fine with internet! Nothing works, tried everything.

 

HI Joneb1066 If you are using the previous owners account you are violating the ToU and you will need to create your own account and delete his off of that console.

I was not using someone else's account I just presumed that because I had error 8c020007 that the xbox was linked to another account . I have tried today removing and replacing the hard drive, clearing the cache , reformatting the hard drive, reinstalling
my account, removing and reinstalling updates. Is there anything else I good do
