    I need to send my console to the reparations center, but when I try to add a debit card before paying, the region that appears by default is different than mine, so they could send my xbox back to another country.

    How can I change the region that appears when I try to add my debit card?

    debit card not accepted

    All to my knowledge you can not add a Debit Crad you can only use a Credit Card. When you try adding the debit card to the account and you are getting the error message BC the system only takes credit cards

    I have the same error as of OP.

    I already had a card added and it got expired recently. So, I tried adding different cards for purchase which resulted in this error.

    I tried different credit and debit card options. All are giving the same error.

    Trying from India.

    I'm sorry that you're experiencing issues with Debit Card not being added properly.

    Generally, Debit Cards can be added as a payment method normally, and I wanted to confirm with you the way you added it and the error message below, for the normal way of adding a Debit Card, I would suggest you to refer to the articles Update your payment method | Xbox Support and see if that helps.

    I would also like to know if there are any error messages or instructions for when you fail to add a Debit Card, as this would be helpful for me to understand your issue better and provide better support.
