Error about a ban on my account

if no active suspensions or ban then some steps should be helpful.

2) remove your profile, restart, then re-download your profile https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

3) Factory Reset Console https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/reset--to-factory-defaults

Warning Restoring your console to the factory default settings erases all accounts, apps, games, saved games, and settings. Anything that has not been synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. (Your console syncs with Xbox Live automatically when it is connected
with the service.)

I have xbox one banned console and i play games from discs and console have some accounts and i play offline with discs only all i ask about it can i create account on my banned console ?? When i try to add new account it give me error with nunbers 0x80a40019

I have submitted a case reveiw. Does that mean i will be able to recover my account back along with the digital content on that account?

No, not necessarily.

It means that they will have a second person in the enforcement team re-investigate the reason for your ban and determine if it was done in error or not. If they determine that the ban was valid and not in error then the case review would say "upheld" and
the ban wouldn't be lifted.

If they determine it was in error then yes your account would have the ban removed and you would be able to log back into your account.

It all just depends on the result of the case review.

You'll have to ask about your account ban in this section of the forum 15 - My LIVE account was suspended.

Given that you have Code of Conduct all over your profile, I doubt they were in error.

Just a little error of omission I made here. So long as you the account you got any DLC from is not banned you should still be able to use it with other accounts. Sorry about that.
