Error - 9 Minecraft on mobile android

It has been 3-4 weeks since I was not able to sign in properly into my Microsoft account on Minecraft bedrock for mobile on my android I have minecraft bedrock on my Xbox One and Pc, signing in there is already done for me. However on the mobile it does
not work at all, it always appears with an error - 9 and I have contact mojang support about this.

Everytime I download the app again, it always says something wrong has happened to your microsoft account despite having no issue on my Xbox or PC, there are similar issues around but mostly for PS4 and Switch I'm clearly unsure of what the issue is on my
phone however it clearly does not work properly and not let me sign in.

This never happened last month as everything was fine. By then I was avble to go to the marketplace and servers and realms and join friends. But now that it says I cannot sign in due to an error, I have no access to those features, gameplay still works,
going online does not at all.

I have bought the game on my phone since November 2019 and the issue sparked months after, it said to wait a few days for the services come back however I noticed my friends play minecraft on their phones too and I'm unsure as to why it doesn't work for
me.

I would like to ask for helps or tips for this error or a bit of context as to why this is happening.
