    I activated the Gold live by card code that I bought in the store and put it on Xbox 360 that activated the live more when consulting the account by the console presents this error: 8C150009 .. What is the meaning of this error?

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Is this error code on Xbox 360 or on Xbox one? In order to troubleshoot this issue correctly, we would need to know at least this info.

    Aside from that, does this error code happen when you try to sign into your account? Does it happen when you test your network?
