Error 8C15000C followed by 8c150009

Folks any one suggest how to contact the customer support for xbox. I regret buying xbox live gold member ship and unable to download my purchased games after that. I can't contact any customer support representatives also. I am getting error codes Error
8C15000C followed by 8c150009. My billing address in the card and xbox are same. Kinldy assist.

When trying to update my billing medium, as to the extra content of the games I receive the following error: 8C150009. on xbox 360

 

Error Code 8C15000C when trying to purchase any game.

This may mean that you have entered one of the following incorrectly:

• Billing address
• Zip Code or postal code

The information you entered doesn't match the billing address or code used by your credit card company.

 

That does not fix anything.

There is no fix or solution for this error.

I and others have tried EVERY single troubleshooting step in existence.

I have found forum threads in german, french , brazilian and translated them all also on youtube and on reddit and all have discussed this code and all have tried everything possible.

THERE IS NO FIX for 8C150009 on xbox360 and no one with this error can use their gold account that they have paid money for.

 

Yeah but the error means that you have entered one of the following incorrectly:

Make sure that you've correctly entered the billing address and postcode for your Xbox Live account. Make sure that it matches the billing address and code used by your credit card company.

If you have all things right then you should contact Customer Support

 

hi im not sure if you understand english. that does not fix the error for anybody. We have all double checked that and many others have made sure all that is correct it does not solve the problem. Also support has never even mentioned to try that or that
is what the code means.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, and sorry to hear the issue is still being persistent.

Please follow the steps above to fix Error code: 8C15000C.

Usually this error will occur saying "Unfortunately, there is a problem with the Xbox service. Please try it later. Status code: 8C150009" (Error occurs on an Xbox 360)

When it says this, it is usually because of two reasons .

1. Xbox Live service issue

2. Network issue.

Or sometimes it can also be an update issue, but it is usually one of the two above.

Check out this link for network troubleshooting steps: ("I need help with my Xbox 360 network connection")

Make sure there is a steady network source or test another network connection (Wired/ Wireless/ Hotspot)

Also it is possible, but not likely there could be an issue with the Xbox 360
network adapter failing.

(If you own an adapter piece please change it and see if that fixes the issue.
)

Now, every console has a different fix so I would recommend to test a few things with us and let us know if this helps.
(I've had this issue before, which is why I am saying those could be some of the issues. I own the R2D2 360, Xbox 360 Elite, and the Xbox 360 Slim)

I am able to connect to the network. I am able do download any update in the games, but I am not able to browse any games or previously downloaded games. It shows in the download but I can't see download again. Also in the network settings, it shows

If I try to access any online games for download immediately I get 8C15000C.

Also the network statistics test status shows below results,

Latency: 212ms

Packet loss: 0%

Upload Speed: 10.87 Mbps

Download speed:17.96 Mbps

Singal strength: 100%

Wi-Fi Speed: 22 Mbps.

Do you still see if this is problem in the network adapter or my xbox live account?

I'm sorry to hear that the issue is still being persistent. I recommend to install your profile into a USB Drive, then restart the console.

Make sure your account is installed onto the USB Drive and not the console, then see if that will allow the account to register.

(Plug in USB> go to Settings>System> Storage>Hard Drive/Memory Unit> Profile> Transfer/move profile to USB> Restart console and make sure profile is only on USB)

Once the profile is moved, then attempt to connect to the live services. If there is still an issue, then remove the hard drive from the console.

(Turn off console> Unplug console> Remove the hard drive from the console, then plug in the USB> and test the services again)

(If it works then the hard drive could be corrupted, and if the console does not have a hard drive then it may just need extra space/Storage to register the information so get a hard drive or USB)

getting same error out of the box.. i am also from india...tried every thing.. my billing info is correct getting same Error 8C15000C i also xbox live gold subscription which i got with console..with 2 free games code unable to reedem that also..in website
its showing gold membership but in xbox console its not showing followed by error 8c150009..i have same query everything matches errors of manjunathramesh and i am facing same so please solve this i am really fed up with this...anyone please help
