    Error 81051103


    I was playing online earlier today, and I tried to play again just a few minutes ago and got this error. Additionally, I was able to sign in on my own earlier, but now it is asking for my live mail and my password, which I put in, and on the next screen
    to "remember" password, it gives me this error number.

    cannot access my account

    ive just recentaly updated my console to the new layout and suchforth but i have been unable to log onto my account thus rendering it impossible to load any of my game save data.i have two things i would like to know. and they are ,what does the error code
    81051103 mean? whenever i try to use my account it says i am unable to sign in right now and that appears at the bottom. i would also like to know how to not have to enter my hotmail adress and password every time i wish to use my account?

    Credentials error

    credentials? isnt that like your accont info?

    Try to go on xbox.com and sign into it and see if u have any messages. might just need to verify an email or something

    Are you sure the error code is 81051103? That number seems to not represent an error. Do you mean 80151103? If so, that error code signifies a problem downloading your Xbox Live profile when you sign in. You can read up more on the issue by clicking the
    link below. Possible solutions include resetting your password or re-downloading your profile then trying to sign in again.

    I used the reset cache method and that seemed to work, and then it told me my account isn't secure and I need to have a phone number they can call to verify me at, but the one in my email account isn't active anymore, so I bypassed that for now, but this
    is the same problem I've had a few times before, and I thought I had fixed it before. Why does it keep happening? I have to do all this work just to play an account I paid for, a bit ridiculous.

    Make sure you have up to date information for your security settings. Delete and redownload your account.

    No not at all, I cannot connect to XBL at all, I am not sure what is happening, I know my internet is working fine and ive never had issues with this console but since the most recent update my xbox wouldnt download/install it properly and i havent been
