Do a reset and save games, etc.

It'll do a reset, but all your info will still be there... thanks Yank141, you saved us all!!!!

 

I'm back up and running also, thanks to Yank141 suggestion.

Not sure about everyone else, but I still continued to have issues with this.

The reset only resolved the issue temporarily... had to constantly reset my information every time I shut off the console.

I tried everything I can to resolve this issue... I'm going to turn it in for service/repairs.

I hope everyone else has better luck with this error.

 

I have the same problem but on one specific game only. If I select the above options and ease my account details is it simply a case of logging back into the Xbox after the reset with my email and password, or are there any dangers in erasing my accounts?

There are two different options, reset everything or reset but keep your games, etc. If you select the 2nd option, you will have to setup your preferences and log into your Xbox, all your games will still be there.

It probably takes 20-30 mins do this every time. If you have to do this every single time, like I did, it gets old and annoying really fast.

 

Hey, asudevils1! I'm sorry to see you are still running into this. Have you considered doing a full factory reset before you send it in for repair? If so, let us know how the repaired/replacement console works for you!

 

Try this, instead of doing all the resets just turn off the power and unplug for 10 sec. That fixed it for me.

 

Hey Guys! I've found a solution to resolve this problem! All you have to do is delete a random game, that's it. This worked for me, and I hope it works for you!
