    Hello Xbox Forums!

    My current problem as the title states Error 8015d02e and I use two xbox 360 in my home. One in the living room then and then in the game room. When someone using either of the two, I simple hope on the other 360. But microsoft's wonderful "protection" doesn't
    help me at all. More give me a headache every time I turn on these systems. It keeps thinking someone else is using my profile. When I have them both downloaded on to both my 360s. It has forced me to change my password several times in order to keep my account
    "safe". I've deleted and download the profile again. Switched the hard drives around. Still keep getting this stupid protection error.

    What steps can I take to prove that these two xbox are indeed me and so that I don't have to keep changing my password every 3-5 sign ins....

    This has nothing to do with a corded or wireless controller. Please follow the instructions to

    resolve the 8015d02e error on this website    . Also it is advisable in your case, that you
    protect your account with Two Step Verification!

    The next time, please avoid using old threads like these, and instead create a new post for your issue, so you can get help more efficiently.

    You can follow the steps in that guide and it should fix that issue.

    To sum it up for you; Go to account.live.com, sign into your account, its going to say "someone else might be using your account", hit next and then it will ask you to verify your identity with a text or email, it will then prompt you to change your password.
    After that you should be good.

    If you cannot verify, do the ACSR form and fill out as much information as you possible can. If you are having difficulty doing so, contact support. They're great at helping out with this error code.

    Its not a billing issue nor does it have to do with him being a silver account.
