    Error 8015d002 on Xbox 360 possible pwd too long?


    Hello everyone,

    I recently changed my account password, my previous one was 9 digit long, the new one is 18 digit; now trying to set the new password into the console, I always get error 8015d002. Thus I read the support page:
    Errore 8015D002 | Errore di accesso a Xbox 360 where I am told that the cause is a 2 step login set in my privacy's settings.

    Well I have checked and I have no 2 step login set antwhere BUT I noticed that when typing the pasword in the console, I can only type 16 digits (I have verified, no horizontal scrolling)! I checked a bit and found nowhere that there is a digit limit, but
    am I missing something?? Am I forced to set a new pwd??
