Do you still get error code
8015D002?

Can you try download your second profile (MDKilljoy97) and see if that works.

Sorry your having this issue. I have looked up this error code for you and this is what it comes back with, Account does not exist. Status Code: 8015D002.

As you have said you tried troubleshooting steps i would ask you to goto the Xbox live chat and that can be found here -

If you haven't already I would definitely recommend checking out our
8015D002 error page for some possible solutions. If you're still having issues with that error code, please go ahead and create a new thread as this one is already several months old.

Hey mate, have you enabled two-step verification somewhere along the line? If you follow the link and follow the steps you will be able to see if it's enabled. If it is you need to create a new app password to sign-in to the Xbox:

Also at that link under two-step verification part is about verifying your MS account by adding some security proofs and verifying them with a code that is sent.

Finally if you're still getting some kind of error you may need to delete your profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache and re-download before everything comes into affect, see how you go.

Delete and re-download profile:

First try to clear system cache -
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

Then try these steps -

Last after above, try to download profile again
