    Like the countless other people who have stated they have had this issue, I haven't been able to get online for days. My internet is fine, all of my other devices connect without issue. My PC's and other consoles have able to get online. I've gone through
    every single troubleshooting step for every problem listed half a dozen times. I'm making a new thread because nobody has helped any of the other posters who list their problem in one topic. Every single time they just link them to the trouble shooting page.
    I was actually online with Xbox customer service yesterday for 45 mins, and I had to repeat myself over and over that I've already tried the troubleshooting steps they kept sending me. At the end of the 45 mins the person just told me to call my ISP and then
    asked if there was anything else I needed help with, as if they actually gave me a solution. So please don't send me a link for troubleshooting steps like everyone else. Nothing has changed. I haven't moved, I have the same ISP and equipment, everything else
    has worked except for my Xbox consoles.

    haven't been able to get free tickets or coins by watching video in past 4-5 days. always says purchase error.

    I've been getting 80151909 and 8015190b error codes, and after three days i managed to get back on live only to get booted with the same error codes

    i have the exact same problem and the same experience with the technical support team except they said it was because a port was blocked and needed to be reopened and politely told me told contact my ISP, who actually had no idea what i was on about who
    then politely told me that it was an xbox issue...

  5. Either all of us here who are having this issue have the same ISP and it's a problem on their end, but that seems unlikely. Since it's only a minority who are affected Microsoft doesn't really care.

  6. Hey there, XxNianovxX! Sorry to see that you're getting this error code for so long. I also see that you were getting the 80151909 error code. Both of those errors link to having an issue with your account. Since you haven't stated what exactly you have
    done other than that you've followed some troubleshooter pages, I'm going to see if what I suggest can help you out. What I'd like you to do is delete and redownload your profile following the instructions below:

    Delete your Xbox Live profile.

      1. Go to Settings and then System.
      2. Select Storage.
      3. Select All Devices/Hard Drive.
      4. Select Profiles.
      5. Select the gamertag for the profile that you want to delete.
      6. Select Delete.
      7. Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.
    1. Clear the system cache to remove any corrupted data. This must be done a minimum of three times. For details, see How to clear your Xbox 360 system cache.
    2. Download your Xbox Live profile.
    1. Press the XboxGuide button (the large central X button) on your controller.
    2. Select Download Profile.
    3. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox Live gamertag. If you don’t know your Microsoft account credentials, see Find your Microsoft account
      or password
      .
    4. Enter your Microsoft account password. Forgot your password? Go to Reset your password to reset it.

      Note If your account is an Xbox Live child account, the associated adult Microsoft account credentials must be provided.
    5. Select the storage device you want to use for your profile (for example, Hard Drive).

      Your profile will begin downloading. Once your profile is downloaded, you can select whether to require a password to sign in to your profile. The Remember Password option is turned off by default, which means you’ll be prompted for your password whenever
      you sign in, unless you change this setting.

    i have deleted my profile and cleared the cache and restored my wireless adapter to factory and i still can't connect to live and now my account isn't here because without live i can't download it what do i do?
