Error 8015190A Profile kicking me off XBL

So my internet works fine, even tests on the Xbox 360 fine. EVERY TIME TIME, no exceptions for about a month now I try to log into my account I get kicked off the internet as soon as I log in with a message that reads:

"Your console can't connect to Xbox Live. Do you want to exit this session and test your network connection? If you are playing a game, you will lose any unsaved progress.

8015190A"

Its very frustrating, and im essentially paying for Netflix, and XBL for no reason...........................

Any help please. I read to sign onto my Xbox.com account it will fix the issue, seems not.

Cannot Download Xbox Profile - Error 80150016

im trying to download my profile but i get error code 8015190A and this error code isnt able to be looked up

 

Cannot download my profile

Last night i started downloading a game but had to go so i turned the xbox off. In the morning i turned the xbox on only to find whenever i tryed to sign in on my xbl account i would then instantly be disconected from xbl. I decided to delete my profile
then download it again. I had the error 8015190A appear along with the text saying "sorry, xbox live profiles cant be downloaded right now, Try again later". I am lost on what to do after trying for 3 hours to fix it. Any help please ?

Never mind... Restarted xbox after signing into Xbox.com and it resolved my issue. I swear...
