Error 80151909 - Cannot connect console to xbox live

FROM ATHENS GREECE SAME PROBLEM (XBOX-360) 4 DAYS CAN'T CONNECT TO XBOX LIVE

 

Dear Mister Beep,

I have taken a photo with Traceroute:



ISP: DIGI Magyarország

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Console: Xbox 360E

I took my Xbox to my brother in law to try it out there. They have a different ISP (T-Home) and there the connection to the xbox live was succesfully. I checked the connection and the network, and everything worked fine. At home I ran the network test again
and the console could not connect to the xbox live.

Xbox live connection works fine at my brother in law:

You can just run a traceroute 65.55.42.1 command in your terminal, you don't need to always open Xbox to test it - just an FYI.

Microsoft - this is going on since 1 week already.... I wonder when can we start asking for refunds for the products especially us who bought the console 1 month ago and barely were able to use it?????

I gotta same problem ( Poland ISP Vectra). I cannot connect to Xbox live from Saturday. When I use different ISp (orange) i connect to Xbox live. I don't understand why.

 

Hey, I'm from Poland, and specifically from Warsaw. I have an XBOX 360 slim and an XBOX ONE. The devices are connected to the network using the same Wifi. On X360 I can not log in to XBOX LIVE, but on XBOX ONE everything works normally. The Internet
provider is a Supermedia, but the same thing happens when I try to connect through an mobile operator - PLUS. Microsoft when you fix the problem?

I also can't connect for the past 6 days (Greece). I have an Xbox 360 and my ISP is Vodafone.

 

Looks like everything is back to normal. Got live service and re-downloaded my profile

Xbox techie was nice enough to give me a free month trial of gold, for missing out on my last few days. How long can that code sit in my inbox before it expires? Don't want to use it right away, if I got the choice
