Helo i have Same problém but only on my Xbox 360 profile on Xbox one profil working normaly only i cant connect online on backward compatible games. yes and i cant redownload 360 profil.

 

Yes from Europe And this problém started 3 days ago for me.

 

Czech republik, provider upc,only 360 profile.

 

I have the same issue here in Budapest, Hungary.

Network & internet is ok, but my Xbox360 is unable to connent to the Xbox Live Services. (Error code: 80151909)

Yep the same here, UPC, Warsaw, Poland.

I'm pretty sure that's not a connection issue, coz yesterday i was able to connect and download big update for battlefield 4. I've got this problem since i change my Microsoft account password in web browser. Unfortunately it looks
like Xbox didn't recognize new password. In my opinion console try to connect to Xbox Live using old password but it does it atomatically,without asking user for any login or password.

 

Same here, I changed my email and password on my ms account, so I think that's what's causing it. But I changed the password on my console, same with email, you aren't allowed to sign back in without changing it, so I also suspect it's just an isp issue
