    For the whole this month I had error 80151904 which didn't allow my console to connect to xbox live on launch and the console was disconnected every time i started any videogame, so I had to connect it manually by clicking "sign in". Yesterday I tried to
    download the very last DLC for Far Cry 4. Though I had bought a season pass before this DLC didn't manage to download, I thought that the problem was this error and i tried to fix it.

    Error 80151904 occurs when using Xbox Live on Xbox 360

    They say that I need to redownload the profile, so I deleted it and now when I'm trying to download my profile, the console interrupts the process, shows me this stupid error 80151904 again and disconnects me from Xbox Live. How to fix all this mess?

    Error 80151904

    Hi there,

    please try the following steps in the exact order

    1. Check account.live.com/.../manage to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified.

    2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

    3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    4. Turn the console off.

    5. Turn the console on.

    6. Clear the console cache one more time

    7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.)

    It didn't help

    This error interrputs downloading process of profile with this text "Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now.." and when I click "Ok" I get disconnected from Xbox Live

    Ok, since it seems you tried all steps I advise you to contact Xbox Support (Phone) like mentioned at the bottom of the error page.

    Error code 80151904 is apparently an issue with your profile.

    That support page suggests the idea of clearing your system cache or re-downloading your profile.

    As for "hacking", if you believe your account to be at risk, it may be a good idea to change your security settings/passwords.
