    I'm receiving this error when I try and play games. I will usually be signed into Xbox LIVE for long enough to start the game and reach the Press Start screen, at which point (sometimes shortly after or before) I will be informed I have lost connection to
    that game's servers and then be kicked off Xbox LIVE itself (disconnection message). Xbox support describes this error as a profile error (the origin of which is inexplicable).

    It offers three solutions: to clear the Xbox cache (a thing I didn't know was even possible, and probably useful since it freed up about 0.1Gb), which did not work.

    To reset (turn off and on again) my console - tried repeatedly before it was giving me the error code, and since, to no effect.

    Finally, it suggests re-downloading my profile.

    When I try, I receive the 800704CD error (which is listed on Xbox support as 800704DC), telling me that "profiles cannot be downloaded".

    I have repeatedly tested my Xbox LIVE connection, to which it replies connection to the router, the internet and XBL itself. It also proclaims at all XBL services are up and functional.

    It then promptly ignores all of this information when I go back to trying to load up a game.

    Greetings!

    Can you try the following steps and let us know how that goes and we'll go from there.

    Clear your Xbox system cache and repeat this process three times in a row.

    Go to Xbox Network Settings and select Configure Network. Select the Additonal settings tab and Restore network settings to factory defaults.

    Turn off your console

    Power off your router and modem for a couple of minutes. Reconnect each device back and wait one minute between each, to ensure each device can connect properly.

    Turn on your console and try download your profile from Live (if wireless, you'll need to connect to your WLAN, before you're able to download your profile).

    Did you also have tried to delete your profile first before re-downloading it?

    @jemarari - That wouldn't be necessary buddy! The console manage to resolve this by itself. It's a kind of magic. Error 80151904 :)

    Ah! Okay. Misunderstood that one, thought he meant "its doing things on is own now" in a different way as if it was completely out of control.

    Error code 80151904 is apparently an issue with your profile.

    That support page suggests the idea of clearing your system cache or re-downloading your profile.

    As for "hacking", if you believe your account to be at risk, it may be a good idea to change your security settings/passwords.
