    UPnP should be disabled, when you manually forwarding network ports.

    Don't forget to reboot your gateway afterwards.

    Error 80151904 and random disconnects

    Let's try a more aggressive approach.

    Do a hardware reset of your gateway, to force this device back to factory defaults.

    Locate the "Reset" button at the back, or side of your gatway. Press and hold for 20 sec.

    Note! Before you restore you gateway to factory setting, if you use PPPoE/A connectivity mode, which means that you have to use username and password, for the authentication process to your ISP's network, then you have to remember the username and password.

    When your gateway has been restored, acccess the web-utility interface and reconfigure wireless settings (Wireless network name (SSID), Security method (WPA2-PSK with AES) and passphrase for your WLAN (password)).

    UPnP should be enabled by default, but make sure this feature is ticked enable/turned on.

    Reboot your gateway.

    Turn on your console and connect to your WLAN.

    I'm going to ask this once again, is there any chance you can try connect your console with a wired solution?

  5. So I've now reset my entire modem to factory defaults.

    I hope I've done things right because I'm not too good with technology.

    I can only use a wired connection if I move my TV set and xbox closer to the modem.

    One more thing; If you haven't already, I suggest that you restore your Xbox network settings to factory defaults, since you have manually IP settings configured.

  7. None of this seems to work. I just disconnect every 5 minutes now.

    Could it be an issue with my console?

    Error 80151904 and random disconnects

    I've never seen this error code, being related to the console itself. But, let's try be open minded and hold that thought for a while. But first!

    This step is quite easy to do and will determine if your console is having trouble to resolve IP through the current DNS server you're using.

    I'm going to ask you to set your DNS servers to a specific public server (Google). In order to perform this step, follow these instructions:

    1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and then select System Settings.
    2. Select Network Settings.
    3. Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network, if you are prompted to do so.
    4. Select Configure Network.
    5. On the Basic Settings tab, select DNS Settings.
    6. Select Manual.
    7. Select Primary DNS Server.
    8. Enter 8.8.8.8
    9. Select Secondary DNS Server.
    10. Enter 8.8.4.4
    11. Select Done again.
    12. Press the B button on your controller, and then select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

    Hi. I'm having the same problem here with the same error code and I'm glad I'm not the only one. I've tried everything on this thread. I have the BT home hub also and have tried 2 different consoles with no success. This completely ruins my experience on
    XBL since I am a zombies player and those games take a long time. My connection just can't hold.
