    Hello.

    I'm having trouble again with this error code and random disconnects.

    I have tried deleting and redownloading profile and restarting my modem. None of this has worked.

    I would appreciate any soloution that solves this permanently.

    I'm having the same trouble as you with 80151904.

    The best way to temporarily solve it, is to restart your xbox.

    To resolve this problem, try the following solution:

    Delete your profile and clear the system cache:

    Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

    Select Storage.

    Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

    Select Clear System Cache.

    When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

    Re download your profile and play normally.

    Do you have the option to try connect your console with an Ethernet cable instead of wireless? This solution could more easily determine if your issue is isolated to your wireless connection, or not.

    Also, do you connect multiple consoles (Xbox) to your BT Home Hub 3, or just a single unit?

    May I suggest (if you haven't already) that you (as a first step) power-cycle your networking equipment and restore your Xbox network settings to factory defaults.

    Go to Xbox Network Settings and select Configure Network. Select the Additional settings tab and Restore network settings to factory defaults.

    Turn off your console.

    Head over to your gateway and power off your Home Hub for a couple of minutes. Power it back on and wait one minute for it to connect properly.

    Turn on your console and run a diagnostic test (Test Xbox Live Connection). If a wired solution is not an option, reconfigure your console's wireless settings.

    Post back and let us know how that goes and we'll work from there.

  9. I only have one xbox connected to my modem and I don't have an ethernet cable that will reach my xbox.

    I tried your steps and I will post back if I receive the error code again.

  11. I have had yet another disconnect with the same error code.

    It seems to disconnect more when playing single player rather than multiplayer.

    Can you access the HH3's web-utility interface.

    Go to Advanced Settings and select Home Network. Select Always use this IP address, for your Xbox (listed as IP, or MAC address, or by name). Click Yes and Apply.

    Go to UPnP and disable this feature and Apply.

    Go to wireless setttings and select wireless channel. Change channel manually to 1, or 6.

    Reboot your HH3 and wait for it to connect properly.

    Access your HH3's web-utility interface and enable UPnP.

    Reboot HH3.

    Now, head over to your console and turn it on. Do what you usually do and let us know if you're still being disconnected, with same error code.

    May I ask, when did you first started to experience this error code and intermittent disconnection from Live? I'm curious, because since 7/31/2014, social and gaming services has been limited.

    I haven't seen any indication that this specific error code should have any relationship with the current service alert, but I think it may be worth mentioning.

    Instead of UPnP (automatic Port Forwarding), try manually Port Forwarding.

    For this, you'll need to assign your console static IP and DNS settings. The IP configuration for your console will not be handled by the DHCP server, but only what YOU assign your console's IP settings to be. I recommend that you keep the IP address that
    you've reserved as 'Always use this IP address' and manually type in this address as your console's IP address.

    Continue with the address for your Default Gateway, Subnet mask and DNS settings.

    Now, access your HH3 and the first thing you should do is turn off UPnP. UPnP should be turned off if you decide to manually forward network ports used by Xbox Live. You see, UPnP tend to overwrite any existing static NAT and we don't want that.

    With UPnP turned off, use Port Forwarding and manually forward network ports used by Xbox Live.

    Don't forget to Save/Apply your configuration.

    I don't know if this is relevant but it seemed to start after my friend downloaded his profile onto my xbox.
