Error 80151103 still unresolved and no update given

My previous post regarding error 80151103 remains unsolved and no update has been given despite asking in the same thread which the moderator said I could post additional information to thus implying that they would respond.

I tried speaking to the bot and requesting a callback as someone who replied suggested but now it seems the bot is also broken. I'm just getting the same 'something went wrong at our end' message every time I enter my phone number.

To recap when I try logging into the 360 I'm prompted to redownload my profile. When I try to do this I get the same error every time. Meaning I'm not able to access my account. This has been an issue since the release of the new series consoles.

I'm not convinced that Microsoft is doing anything about this despite multiple people listing the same issue. Feel free to prove me wrong microsoft though I wouldn't have had to post this were it not impossible to get through to support with the bot now also broken.

Agree with what you said about how difficult it is to get a live human for tech support. The bot kept re-routing me to forums. No phone number given.

Keep at it. I signed up to Twitter for the first time just to register the issue at their support accounts. Reddit has a lot of informal user support and tips. Keep hitting the button "I have the same question" on other forum questions on this topic. The numbers will aggregate.

I got my profile back today only by using a workaround that didn't work a week earlier. I don't trust this will last forever without an official fix.

I have opened my mobile as a hot spot and connected to it and the download has started now.

My original xbox one must have reverted back to the 10.0.15063.2022 OS when turned on, fluke maybe. Now the new xone s cant get past the initial set up update. Tried everything talked to support they said this was an emerging problem. Engineers working on
it.
