    I wish there were an easier way to contact xbox support..I cannot find how to create my own thread/forum with my problem, I dont have a twitter, and I have no time to sit and "chat" with xbox support (or call). Is it really too hard to have a "contact us"
    option for EMAILS??? Anyways, i'll post my problem here since there's no way else to do it: I cannot connect to only one of my friends' parties or games and he has the same problem with me. We have tried everything we could find on support forums and even
    simple things like restoring routers to factory settings or just restarting xbox or router. Nothing works! We have the same internet provider and the same router provider (belkin). Even when we both used the same settings on both of our routers and xboxes,
    we still cant play together. This makes no sense, and I'm starting to suspect maybe xbox live just doenst work with us together because obviously if it was anything else it'd have been fixed by now because we've tried it all..His gamertag: Hungrydude8. Mine:


    HELP PLEASE.

    Oh and also I even got him a new xbox so he has a slim just like me now and it still wont work...

    I am sorry but this did not work it told me that Xbox live accounts could not be downloaded right now they again later. With 801540A9 at the bottom

    Hey Lupo, This sounds like a account sign-in error. Please try the following to fix this:
    1. Delete your profile from your Xbox 360 Console (profile only, NOT profile and all items)
    2. Clear the System Cache
    3. Re-download your profile
