Error 80151012 when downloading profile

Nope didn't work. Can't reload my profile. Starts to download then snags and error 80151012.

Same issue since last night. Got rid of error code 831188FB . Now have error 80151012 . Early today when on phone with MS. support was able to download profile on usb flash on 2nd Xbox . And worked fine there but when I transferred to

primary xbox luck . And no luck since can't download profile any more.

I'm really sorry about your issue. It may have occurred to the Ambassador you were chatting to that your profile was perhaps corrupt, which would explain why they told you to delete the profile and download it again. This was in this instance incorrect.
Error Code 80151012 means there is something wrong with your account, specifically that it is in fact locked. This is why you can't download it at the moment.

Ok so I tried what was written on this link:support.xbox.com/.../error-code-831188fe.

I deleted my profile and cleared the system cache twice but when I tried to download my profile I couldnt and got the error 80151012. So then I tried the other link Onyx said to try but nothing happend and now I can't download my account.

Our support page for this suggests using a particular method of changing the password. Can you please follow the steps here?

Error Code 80151012.

Then redownload the profile to your own console.
