Error 80151006

Hello, i wanted to play again on my Xbox so I created an new account and bought a month of live gold then I turned off the automatic payment in order to play only one month. After that I change my gamertag from to Maiciab but it doesn't work.
The problem is when I tried to download the profile on my Xbox, a message says that it's kind of impossible with the error number 80151006 so I checked on the support how to resolve it. This is not a problem about the Xbox live servers that are ok, so it is
a problem about my gamertag. I saw that the change net of game I did a few hours ago didn't take effect so I tried again but it said that Maiciab was already taken, so I tried Mai1c3iab, I confirmed but I had to pay 10€ for the changement! I thought my first
gamertag changement was free ! So how could I fix the problem? Thanks in advance for your help

i believe, your first "change" is only free if you started with a generic MS chosen gamertag. if you manually select your own gamertag, then you have to pay to change it after that.

 

No, my gamertag has been selected automatically (I would have put Maiciab if not)
