    hey I'm having issues trying to download the army of two devils cartel game off the marketplace. every time I try to confirm the purchase, it pops up saying "Sorry, something went wrong. This isn't available for your region, or the file Is corrupted, or
    we don't recognize the format." my region is Canada/USA

    Download Fable III for Free

    When I trying to download the fable III for free the XBOX Live window shows an error message "Sorry, somethong went wrong..." "... Status code 80150017"? On support error guidelines there´s only information about error 96-80150017 not for 80150017(only)

    Someone could help about that, I would like to download this game.

    A region cannot be Canada/USA. It can only be either/or. If you live in Canada but have your region set to the US then you will experience issues with downloading items.

    This error also suggests that you have a different DNS entry on your console such as Unblock-US. Using a VPN to download items can also cause this to happen. If you are using something like this try switching your DNS to Automatic. That should solve
    the issue.

    Having the same issue when I try to download Army of Two. Region matches my location and DNS is on automatic but the error persists.

    Like a us military base? Or s territory?.

    We mean country when we talk about region

    And yes your country and account region has to actually match

    Foreign bases nor territories uses us ips

    That would be your issue

    Well if you look at rhe 2nd post the answer is right there

    Your account region has to match your actual region

    But since your actual region isjt an xbox live region nothing can be done

    As it is controled by international laws and disribution rights
