AAre you sure its mafia not something else ?

Australia sometimes dont allow certain games so if you are using an australian accoint and queuing from the us website switch to australia to see what the actual offer is

If you are using an uk account you meed to match your physical location and account regiom

Transaction problem

I xbox gold, but do not let me download the game Mafia 2 tells me to enter credido card for a page and if I try the Xbox 360 gives me error 80150017, so also happened with the Army of Two: The Devil's Carter, had no problems in downloading the games so far
with gold game

Mafia II Free Gold Game

I'm Trying to download Mafia II and it's free for gold , and i'm gold and it's not letting me download it

i get the error Sorry something went wrong/ this isn't available for your region, or the file is corrupted, or we don't recognize the format/ status code 80150017

my region is UK I don't think that UK is not available region

1st off i have been able 2 download r18 games b4 took a few trys last month but got army of two and assasins creed....r18 games have had restrictions loosend a bit recently and im not a child ....more grumpy old man!!2nd it is on my dashboard but when i
click it shows last months games?and when i tryed to download it through this site it said oops that wasnt meant to happen you found a glitch????so i set location to aus and tryed again after waiting for verify msg asked for credit card details wtf

When aksing for belp its best to make your own thread and read thr region lock issue thread if yhats what you are getting and fill out the info

If you previoysly queued the wrong regional content you must delete it and them rebuy it on your console not redowmllad as tbat previous region wouldnt be available

 

im living in finland atm and it says region locked for me for mafia 2 and army of 2 before that

 

Does your account region match your actual region that means finland and finland not uk and finland

 

not sure mate to be honest cant even remember how to check or change your region

 

After happend last month with Army of Two i cant download,and even if i pay xbox gold every month i cant download that free game, again this month another game Mafia 2 is region locked and i cant download because Microsoft dont care of Eastern Europe. Im
living on Belarus , Grodno. Its second month i cant download Games for Gold Free . Its super unfair for me, why they cant put free region? Dont exist solutions?

Region locks are inplaced due to international laws and distibution rights

 

Changing your region wont help if you dont live in an xbox live regiontbete is no solution as content laws are different for everyregion

your xbox ip must be in your account region (UK ip UK account region)

 

Same has happened to me, I live in Iceland but set to UK region. I have been able to download xbox live free games for 8 months now but since AoT 80150017 has stopped that from happening. I have spoken to 5 helpers in online chat and they don't know anything
about what to do. Do we just wait for a region free game to come? getting pretty ticked off that i pay for a service and cant get content for 2 months because of it.
