Error 80150017. Good evening guys. could somebody please give me a hand?

I´ve tried to change the region and form of payment and still couldnt download some games of this year. What should i do??

Hey guys i've been experiencing this error code. Every time i turn on my xbox it will take like around 5-10 minutes to download the main menu screen. Then it will give me this error code. Please somebody help me.

 

It doesn't matter what region you changed your account region to

Your account region must reflect your actual region

This can only be changed every 3months

On this website under my account and change my region

 

If you don't live in an xbox live region you cannot get region locked content

In short this errorcode may mean:

•The content you’re trying to purchase is not available in your region.

•Your billing country or region is different from your physical location.

Please be aware that if this is caused by a difference in region on your account and physical region that a Migration of the account will have several consequences, those are mentioned on the Migration link provided on that same support page
