Error trying to redeem pre paid card

well the error code has now changed to: 80122725 now... im starting to hate xbox live even more now...

 

not letting me add prepaid card

trying to add 1400 msp everytime I do so I get a new error one is - 80122725 , another is - 80153018, what does this mean?
