Error 80072EE2

it's the only error i can find and it happened when i tried to do a system update yesterday,. I've been having this download/update issue since i noticed it Friday when trying to download the beta for call of duty.

when checking my connection on my xbox one, its great. my speeds match what i see on my pc which is over 100 Mbps down and 11 Mbps up.

yet the actual Bandwitdh usage section shows the current usage in the just plain bits or Kb or just plain zero which makes no sense at all.

the console is basically receiving my full speed and yet doesn't use even 2% of it for some reason and I don't know how to resolve this at all.

I spernt 2 hours with tech support yesterday and even they couldn't seem to figure it out.

I've had many power cycles done on the console as well as my modemrouter. even refresh signals sent from my isp as well.

So i don't know how to resolve this without sending it in for a repair or getting an exchange. Either way it will cost me money because my warranty is expired.

I wish i knew why it decided to happen now of all times with big games coming out next month.

I've even did a factory reset on my console and that didn't help. so i lost all my games and such for nothing.

I'm having the same issue. I'm part of the preview program trying to download an update and it keeps stalling out.. Message screen says "there was a problem with the update" and gives me the option to try again, check network connection or turn off Xbox.
I've been troubleshooting for the past few hours using the guide on this site and have done everything except offline system update. I have a wired connection and have done multiple speeds tests averaging 25-30 Mbps download. I made it all the way up to 62%
after about an hour and a half and the update reset back to 0%.

 

Seems a lot of people are having this issue, so am sure that the support team are already working hard on the fix. If you are a preview member, please make sure to post these issues into the Early Access forum, which I've posted the link below
