    Error 800704DC on 360 emulator for Xbox One?


    I bought Black Ops 2 recently, as it became backwards compatible. I can't play online though, because i get error 800704DC whenever i try to download my profile. I checkes all over the internet, and there is no fix, because this is happening on a 360 emulator
    and nobody on xbox one seems to have this problem. I wiped the 360 memory twice and that did not work. Can somebody please help me?

    Error code 800704DC means that there is an authentication problem with your account. I'm sorry but we can't help you resolve this error code.
    What you have to do is reach out to an official Xbox support agent. They are the only ones that have the proper tools to resolve this problem.
