Greatings,

I'm facing an annoying problem: My xbox one update doesn't finish. At about 71, 77 or 83 % the trouble screen appears. I've tried this several times and doesn't go any further. The code error is 800701e7.

Well, I tried the offline method, but the file the support indicates is loaded with corrupt files (http://www.xbox.com/xboxone/osu2).

I'm a xbox live gold member and EA Acess insider. Please, someone is facing the same problem? Found a solution?

800701e7 - error

The system update that is trying to install is failing validation during the system update file verification.

Solution:

To resolve this issue, you will need to install the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool.

Hi there, have you tried a reset to remove any corrupt files which you can do through the startup troubleshooter screen by doing the following.

Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

Click reset but just make sure that you click yes when it asks you to keep "my games and apps".

If no luck with that try the offline update again with either OSU1 (http://www.xbox.com/xboxone/osu1).

If not, go there and

Select I am getting an error message or an error code.

Select I am getting an error code.

Scroll down the screen and select 800701e7.

Follow the instructions in Step 4 to successfully update your console.

Error 800701e7 occurs when you try to update your Xbox One console

attempted offline update OSU2 received error code E101, think there is a corrupt file in the file. Updating now with OSU 1, waiting to see of this resolves the issue.
