Error 8007007A can't sign in for a week

I love how you have a service outage which causes me not to be able to sign in, how you suggest re-downloading my profile which first removes my existing profile then fails and gives error 8007007A leaving me without a profile. I have seen this error so
many times over the last week I now remember the error code off by heart. I love how you update your server status page saying everything is OK, so I keep trying to sign in and it's exactly the same. I love how Support who I have contacted twice can't do anything
to help. I love how everyone else, who hasn't followed your Support suggestions and still has a copy of their profile on their console, can now log in. I love how you seem to think this issue is resolved, and you simply don't care about anyone still with this
error, and scanning the forums there are more than a few of us.

According to the yearly stats you send out, I am in the top 1% of players in terms of game time in the World. On one game. I have played GTA Online pretty much every day for the last two years.

Anyway, I've taken the hint and cancelled my XBox Live subscription. Maybe it's about time I found something else to do anyway, so thanks.

I've been meaning to upgrade, was going to get an XBox One. Now if I do, I will buy a PS4.

I dread to think how you treat your other subscribers who only play occasionally.

Problem with error code 8007007A

Firts, i couldn´t sign in session in my profile in the xbox 360 for the error 8007007A, later I eliminate the profile in my console and now I can´t download mi profile, for the error: 8007007A.

I can´t play backward compatible games in the xone for the same error.
