Error 8007007A: Can't download my profile and everything seems ok

To be sure, can you refresh your consoles Cache and download you profile?

If you still see that error could you post a photo of it once more?

Hello,I've cleared the cache countless times.The issue remains.Same error,8007007A.My friend tried to download my profile on his console and he got that very error too.

Were you able to try the steps right now? Can you send us a video so we can see the process and the error pop up?

I don't know how to upload a video.It happens like this.I type my login,then it asks which storage will be used,i selected the three i have in different attempts.Then it says "Hi, " Downloading your profile." Seems like it only loads 10-15%
and then pops up the error."Sorry,xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now.Try again later". Just like Dark death 90 posted in this thread.

Nothing has changed,it's been days since i've been trying to download my profile.The error shows every time.I've tried every solution possible.My console is the 4gb 360.

We understand the frustration and the want for this to be back up and running, but the fix may take time.

Rest assured the proper teams are continuing to look into it.

In the meantime do you mind assisting with the investigation?

Could you provide us with an estimate of the last date and time you tried and at what percentage the download fails?

Post back with that info if you like it will definitely help out the teams working on this!

This is happening to me too. Any time of day, does not matter. I haven't been able to log on to Xbox 360 either on my physical 360 or through backwards compatability on the Xbox One for a week now. Every time I try to download my profile this happens.

Yes!! It happens exactly as showed in the picture.If i recall,it all began when i deleted the profile from the storage last sunday,18.But slightly before that,i couldn't log to my profile by any means.I figured it was because of the payment method,as i canceled
my credit card,so i added my spare card,but the issue remained.
