Error 8007007A: Can't download my profile and everything seems ok

I have checked the requirements to fix this error and i'm sure everything is perfectly ok,but the error keeps showing every time i try do download my account.It started when i couldn't connect to my profile,so i deleted it from the console and now i can't
download it back in.Please help.

I have been getting error code 8007007A for several days have done everything they have told me to do now can't download my profile back in or get on xbox live keeps giving me error code. ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Nothing has changed,it's been days since i've been trying to download my profile.The error shows every time.I've tried every solution possible.My console is the 4gb 360.

 

We understand the frustration and the want for this to be back up and running, but the fix may take time.

Rest assured the proper teams are continuing to look into it.

In the meantime do you mind assisting with the investigation?

Could you provide us with an estimate of the last date and time you tried and at what percentage the download fails?

This is happening to me too. Any time of day, does not matter. I haven't been able to log on to Xbox 360 either on my physical 360 or through backwards compatability on the Xbox One for a week now. Every time I try to download my profile this happens.

Yes!! It happens exactly as showed in the picture.If i recall,it all began when i deleted the profile from the storage last sunday,18.But slightly before that,i couldn't log to my profile by any means.I figured it was because of the payment method,as i canceled
my credit card,so i added my spare card,but the issue remained.

 

I can personally say mine has been doing this since like the 15th or earlier its making me mad i have been with Microsoft specifically xbox live for a long time and have had the account i have everything on it and now i have nothing

Since the service is down at this time we would recommend putting a
pause on any renewals you have so as not to be charged for unused service.

We also recommend reaching out to the
chat team to see if they have any options for recouping the time you have lost already.

 

To be sure, can you refresh your consoles Cache and download you profile?

If you still see that error could you post a photo of it once more?

 

Hello,I've cleared the cache countless times.The issue remains.Same error,8007007A.My friend tried to download my profile on his console and he got that very error too.

 

Were you able to try the steps right now? Can you send us a video so we can see the process and the error pop up?
