Unfortunately, I don't have anybody else around with an Xbox 360 to test the disc.

I cleaned it carefully, but nothing.

Same message:

System Update Stopped

Can't read the update from the disc. Please reinsert the disc to continue the update.

Aside from this the middle button on my controller is blinking and it seems like it's frozen. Any suggestion to unblock the control or at least be able to enter to the system?

For what game are you experiencing this error code?
If the game was purchased recently, did you purchased the game directly from the Xbox store? Or did you do it via Xbox.com?
And, what did you tried so far to fix this problem
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

Unfortunately if you're not able to test with a different internal drive.
The next step is get your console inspected in the closest electronic repair shop :c

Because Xbox 360 consoles are not longer supported by Microsoft. I mean, if you try to request a repair. You're not going to see options available

Hi, are you referring to the internal hard drive?

Try that to see if that makes a difference

Exists the possibility that the current hard drive is faulty, if possible try replacing it and then test again
