    Hi,

    I got a xbow 360 from a friend and when starting up following message appeared:

    Update is required.

    I connected the xbox to the internet and started the live update. Error message :

    4099-0000-0080-0300-8007-2751.

    What action is required?

    I am getting a message after I run the Test Xbox LIVE Connection tool that say i have to get an update and when i say yes it says its downloading for a few seconds and then it says the update has failed
