    on windows 10 in my xbox profile,when i try to enter in my privacy setting, after entering security code, i have this error: Server Error 404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed,
    or is temporarily unavailable.     Thank you

    Thanks for keeping us updated with your replies. If you'd like to check to see if you have an Enforcement action on your account that may be causing the comms issue, you can log in at our
    Enforcement website via any device to check that out.

    If your account is not under a ban or suspension, then I would recommend checking your network connection to ensure that you're correctly connected to Xbox Live: Xbox
    One Network Connection Error Solution    .

    Alternatively, you may want to check out your privacy permissions to make sure that your settings are aligned properly to send/recieve messages. Here are some troubleshooting articles that can help you do so:
