    I've had to factory restart my system three times in the past few months, off a error from the last update 002 000000ef 000000000 something like that. What do I do if this happens again.

    Console won't start???

    Does the console have RRoD? If so please post how many rings and the secondary error code!

    2 rings: Overheating

    3 rings: General Hardware error

    4 rings: AV/HDMI cable not detected

    Secondary error code:

    Press "Sync" and "Eject" button at the same time and note down how many rings. Do this four times.

    1 ring: number 1

    2 rings: number 2

    3 rings: number 3

    4 rings: number 0

    Tried to purchase all of the Oblivion DLCs, got charged more than once still don't have the DLCs?

    None of the DLCs appear in my order history but I have been charged for all of them 3 times cause I tried to buy them 3 times. There was no error code it just said error try again later.
